Summary

Biography

Ryan Lewin, a Senior out of Walnut Creek California, is another seasoned veteran of the team, having played 5 years since his arrival at the school. Before coming to San Jose State, Lewin was honored as an All-American among the community colleges for his performance at Diablo Valley College. Since coming to the club, Lewin has been the quiet asset that every team needs to succeed. One thing that any team needs is a great 2-M defender, and that is what Lewin has been for the past 5 years. 9 times out of 10, if a team tries to set the ball, Lewin either holds his ground or gets the steal, completely demoralizing the opponents for all of their hard work. Lewin rarely finds the need to score goals himself, but when he does, its usually by way of putting a defender on his back, tooling the opposing goalie back and forth, and placing the ball to one side of the cage at 1 mph. Lewin's calm personality in the water and experience earned him the title of Captain this season. in his free time, Lewin enjoys playing Super Smash Bros and hanging out with the team.
