Coach White comes to SJSU Women’s Club Basketball with a wealth of coaching experience.  White has served as a college assistant for five years and as a high school varsity head coach for eight years.  Coach White was most recently an assistant men’s basketball coach at De Anza College (Cupertino, CA) from 2017-2018 and previously 2012-2014, where he helped coach the Dons to two CCCAA Nor-Cal playoff appearances.  White concentrated on the offensive side of the ball and was in charge of guard and wing development.  He also headed recruiting and scouting.  White also coached at Menlo College (Atherton, CA) of the NAIA and Cañada College (Redwood City, CA).  Prior to coaching at the collegiate level, White was a varsity boys basketball head coach for eight years at three area high schools; Woodside (Woodside, CA), Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA) and Overfelt (San Jose, CA) compiling over 200 wins, six section playoff appearances, one Nor-Cal section appearance, one section final, one section semi-final and a section quarter-final.  Coach White began his coaching career at James Logan High School (Union City, CA) in 1993.  He possesses an MA in Athletic Administration and an MS in Exercise Science, both from Concordia University Irvine.
